- Pay attention to the occasion of use
1) When using the generator, it should be installed outdoors or in a well-ventilated place in the machine room.
2) Do not use the generator near flammable and explosive materials.
3) The generator should be placed in a dry place. If it needs to be installed and used in the open air, it must be covered by a canopy-type building to prevent contact accidents due to moisture.
- Pay attention to the storage and use of fuel
1) Generator fuel should be stored in a dedicated warehouse, and the facilities in the warehouse must comply with the regulations of the fire department.
2) The type of fuel used should be in accordance with the requirements in the instruction manual or label of the generator.
3) Before adding fuel, the generator should be turned off, and then added after the generator cools, to prevent the fuel from gradually catching on the higher temperature parts and catching fire, causing disaster.
- Pay attention to the line connection of the generator
1) The specifications of the outdoor line must meet the requirements of the electrical load used.
2) When using an extended wire, make sure that the insulation between it and the ground is good.
3) The outlet of the generator cannot be directly plugged into the original power outlet of the house to supply power, which will form feedback and may cause electric shock accidents to users who are powered by the same transformer. The correct connection method is to install a power conversion switch by an electrician.
- Keep diesel clean.
Before filling diesel oil in the oil drum, it must be fully precipitated. The precipitation time is preferably more than 3 days. When refueling, it should be carefully filtered to prevent mixing of mechanical impurities. The oil storage container and fueling tool should also be kept clean during operation.
- No other fuels can be mixed into the diesel of the unit.
If there are other fuels in diesel, the combustion performance will be significantly deteriorated, resulting in difficulty in starting, or even inability to start. Other fuels entering the cylinder will also wash the cylinder lubricating film and accelerate the wear of the cylinder.
- Use high-quality diesel as much as possible.
The quality of diesel is directly related to whether the diesel engine can operate normally. If poor quality diesel is used, on the one hand, due to poor combustion, the power of the diesel engine will be reduced and its power will be insufficient; on the other hand, if it is used for a long time, it will accelerate the wear of various parts of the fuel system and reduce the life of the diesel engine. Therefore, try to choose diesel with good quality and suitable grade.
