1)Keep the best oil supply angle to ensure that the machine does not leak oil.
When excessive oil consumption is found, it is necessary to check whether there is oil leakage at the joints of the body and the gear chamber cover, the tray on the side of the traveling wheel, the rear cover and the cover. If oil leakage occurs, attention should be paid to the integrity of the sealing pads at each connecting part, and the damaged sealing pads should be replaced. If the gasket is complete, check whether the connecting screw of each part is loose. For loosened bolts, apply a wrench to the specified torsion. If the above parts are basically normal and the oil leakage is in the frame position, the oil shell should be inspected. The main inspecting part is at the front end of the oil shell side on the same side of the running wheel. The main reason is the loosening of the seat screw. The running wheel rubs against the angle iron of the frame to protect the oil shell under the triangular pull for a long time, and the oil shell rubs through to form a gap to produce oil leakage.
2)Purify the fuel before use and pay attention to the daily maintenance of the engine.
Normal wear or abnormal wear caused by improper maintenance will cause longitudinal stretch marks on the cylinder liner of diesel generators. Cylinder diameter and piston side clearance will exceed the prescribed value, so that the support force of piston rings will be reduced accordingly, resulting in unclean oil scraping. Or because the inner brace twisted spring in the oil ring is disconnected at the opening of the oil ring, resulting in unclean scraping oil and participating in combustion, resulting in serious oil consumption symptoms, manifested as difficulty in starting diesel engine, obvious blue smoke emission from exhaust pipe and serious fuel injection from respirator. Moreover, the piston should be on the upward side, and the combustion chamber will be inverted when it is assembled. Although it will not affect the start of the diesel engine, the oil consumption will be quite serious, about 0.5 kg per day. Although it is rare that the worn valve conduit will burn diesel generator oil, according to the introduction of relevant information, it is also a reason that can not be ignored.
3)Raise the temperature of cooling water for diesel generating units and operate them more reasonably.
Fuel combustion of diesel generators should be as full as possible, that is to say, the use power of diesel generators can reach 80% of the output power of generators. Controlling the fuel injection pump to ensure that the fuel supply of the fuel injection pump is not too large. Controlling the oil in the governor to prevent the increase of the fuel supply, otherwise it will lead to the “flying car” of the generator set.
4)In addition, great attention should be paid to the smoking phenomenon of generating units. If the generating units emit dusk smoke or black smoke, these all indicate that the diesel generating units work abnormally and must be checked and handled in time. Only if the diesel generating units are in the best working state, can the purpose of saving oil and fuel be achieved, thus reducing the use cost and environmental pollution.
